(A/C, WiFi, private parking). On the private territory you will find a large pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, Bar & Restaurant a place where you can spend time together, which makes a perfect gathering area for a private party. Night illumination and landscape design creates a unique atmosphere of comfort and privacy. Closed private secure area, just 100m (300ft) from the beautiful beach Playa Chiquita.

Reservations/Guarantee:
In order to guarantee your package we required a deposit of 25%, the rest of the amount one week before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation permitted 30 days before arrival free of charge. In case of cancellation less then 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show the deposit will be taken as a non refundable reservation fee.
At the time of arrival we ask Refundable damage deposit – $900. It can be used in case of damage or additional hotel service. Payment on arrival. Refund in the time of departure.
At your service we can offer a Private Chef, Private Driver, Bar Setup, and different Excursions.
Private Chef
Price per day / for all the group up to 10 persons:
3 Meals (Breakfast Lunch and Dinner) – $180 per day. More then 10 persons – $200 per day;
2 Meals (Breakfast and Dinner) – $150. More then 10 persons – $180 per day;
1 Meals (Breakfast) – $60. More then 10 persons – $70 per day.
*Private chef service price doesn’t include all the grocery expenses on the store or market. All the grocery purchases we make according to your choice and preference.
Private Driver
Minibus, personal driver for all local trips (Sosua, Cabarete, Puerto Plata), gasoline included.
Up to 10 persons – $150 per day;
More then 10 persons – $180 per day.
Transfer to long-distant airports
Price for one way/ Minibus up to 10 person:

Santiago (STI) – $140
Santo Domingo (SDQ) – $250
*Include one stop at Liquor store or Supermarket.
Private Yacht Tour around the coast
Includes:
– Transfer from (to) Hotel;
– Yacht tour (52-ft boat fully equipped) for half day (8am – 12:30pm or 1pm – 5:30pm);
– Privacy (The entire yacht just at your disposal);
– Sandwiches & Drinks;
Up to 10 person – $1000, more then 10 person – $1100. *BBQ on board at an additional cost.
ATV tour
Includes:
– Transfer from (to) Hotel;
– ATV tour 3-4 hours (Mountains & River or Ocean coast);
$70 per person, minimum 4 person.
